I'm afraid like other reviewers I bought Sony along with a few other brands and this is the only one that did not work. Also, like another reviewer I've tried it on both a Sony laptop and a new HP PC and neither could recognise it. You would have thought that at least it would have been compatible with a Sony product? It really has been a complete waste of money!

Having purchased a Sony video camera, with which I am well pleased, I also bought a "DVD Direct" recorder form Sony, which burns either Blu-ray or HD discs straight from the camera, and is excellent. Going on holiday, I decided to buy these re-writable dics to transfer the recordings. There are 2 issues here, firsly neither the Sony recorder, nor either of my computers would recognise these discs as suitable media. Secondly, the retailer shows a postage cost per disc, and (my fault), I didnt realise that they offer no disount on this for multi-orders,so that I was charged the rate for each disc, even though the multi order was put into 1 pack! I would NEVER use this retailer again, and am puzzled as to what purpose the discs are actually for!
