Having bought this cable it was returned within 30 minutes.
No problems using it with an XBox 360. A Wii console, however, was a completely different story!!!!
Where do i begin??? I initially had problems powering up the console, (the only way i could power on the console was by toggling the video mode switch, from the incorrect setting, powering on the console so no video was displayed, then toggling the switch to the correct mode.) Annoying to say the least.
Then when attempting to play any game, i constantly received a message that the disc was unreadable. This happened on 5 different games.
There were no problems when playing games via the standard composite AV cable.
Avoid at all costs......
